FAT?!?!

 So like... recently, one of my friends checked out my "old" pictures (when i was like 15-16 years old) and then she was like,"apasal dulu kau kurus tapi sekarang kau dah GEMUK?" (tak ada simpati langsung dalam soalan dia itu.. =S)
my reaction was like,"WWAAAAAAATTTT?!?!?!" =_=;;
terus tak makan lunch after that... =S

When i was 15 years old, i weighed 42kg only, now that i'm 20, i weigh 50kg (without any increase in height) +.+
so, i've decided to share with ya'll,"TIP-TIP MENGGEMUKKAN BADAN"

  1. Selalu tidur awal and bangun lambat. kalau boleh, cukupkan 14jam tidur. lagi lama kita tidur, lagi tembam kita... 
  2. Lepas makan, terus tidur! lepas makan kan mengantuk? so, why not just tidur?
  3. Choose boyfriend yang agak "fluffy" so that, kita tak rasa macam kita kena diet. =S
  4. Choose kawan2 yang gemuk! so that, bila kita jalan sebelah mereka, kita nampak kurus! =D
  5. Jangan tengok cermin selalu! nanti kita mula perasan kita dah gemuk..
  6. Jangan exercise langsung. kalau nak exercise pun, jogging pergi kfc or any other restaurants. lepas dah hilangkan lemak, tambahkan lar balik. let's keep it at equilibrium, shall we? ;)

So, those are my diet tips! renung-renungkan dan selamat beramal! =D
